Each group that does a course requires someone to facilitate the process. A facilitator is not an expert on the subject matter of the course(s), but is the glue that keeps the group engaged in the process. Facilitators are on the same learning journey with everyone else in their group.

One of the clearest references to the will of God in the Bible is found in 1 Thessalonians 5:8: “Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus.” I remember having the following thought when I was going through a challenging time in my life: “How can God expect me to be thankful in this circumstance?”
I realised that it’s not our bad past experiences that erode a thankful heart, but the wrong conclusions or beliefs we have about these experiences - which destroys a heart of gratitude. Our beliefs should be solely based on the Word and nature of God, not on our past experiences.
This course challenges false and disempowering beliefs and anchors one’s heart in the truth of God’s Word and character.
What’s the point of having the status of being free, but on a practical level, you live like a prisoner? There’s something wrong with that picture. There are few things more tragic than being a child of God by identity, but functionally living like an orphan.
My vision for producing this course, is to see children of God transition from being entrapped in the culture of the orphan, to being set free to embody the culture of the Son of God. The first half of this 8-week course, focuses on what we are free from. The second half focuses on what we are free to be and to do.
I believe the Lord will use this course as one of many tools, to play a role in fulfilling His purpose, of accurately representing Himself through you.
